You have taken the first step in getting your property rented by signing up for an account with For Rent Costa Rica.  Now maximize what your listing on ForRentCostaRica.com can do for you.

• Put yourself in your tenant's shoes. You want to have a relationship based on trust with your tenant. After all, they will be occupying the rental property. Create a listing that  accurately depicts the property offered. Getting a tenant to visit a property that is not what is advertised is a waste of both partties' time.  Be sure the price and other data is correct.  

• Use beautiful pictures. A picture is worth a 1000 words and For Rent Costa Rica was built to let you use full screen photos. Use photos with proper lighting or make use of a photo editing program to lighten them. For exterior shots, shoot with sunshine.

• Mind the aesthetics. You have lots of room to write a description.  Make good use of it. Using all caps and large fonts are viewed as yelling on the internet. Long paragraphs do not read well on a computer screen. Be concise and use bullet points as needed.

• Talk about what makes your property unique.  We gave you lots of space to write so that you can make the most of your listing. High ceilings, gorgeous views, modern fixtures, and great amentiies are all things that make your property unique. Describe them and include a picture if possible.
