Casa Juliana is a private villa that sleeps 8-10 people and is located on an acre of lush, tropical gardens overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The four bedrooms are spacious and airy. Equipped with 3½ bathrooms, the villa can easily accommodate 2 families. From the second floor terrace to the stone barbeque grill, the house is architecturally beautiful, crafted from local stone and mangrove trees.
Master suite: Located on the second floor, this loft-style bedroom has a king-sized bed with panoramic vistas of the ocean, a full bathroom with a shower, a large sitting area with a sofa that converts to a double futon (perfect for families with small children) and a private terrace with ocean and mountain views, complete with hammock and comfortable porch furniture.
Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor, this completely private bedroom with a queen bed has a separate entrance and a full bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4: Also located on the first floor, these two bedrooms are joined by a large, full bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has two twin beds and grand windows looking out onto the gardens.
Kitchen/dining room: Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils tableware for 8-10 people. Dining area has a large wooden/stone table that accommodate 8-10 diners. A powder room is located off of the dining area on first floor.
Terrace: The large covered, stone patio (40m²) has a magnificent bar for informal breakfasts and lunches or for a rejuvinating cocktail at the end of the day. A unique round barbeque grill with stone benches for visitors to sit and oversee the chef is located in the gardens just off of the patio.
Pool A beautiful 30 square meter swimming pool with an infinity edge stretching to the ocean and convenient outdoor shower are located directly off first floor terrace.

Marielena "Mari" Hernández was born to an American mother and a Costa
Rican father in Costa Rica. She is a dual citizen. She is originally
from San Jose, but her family traveled to Guanacaste a lot during her
childhood, and she moved to Tamarindo in 2004 full time. Her prior
experience includes retail and working in a doctor´s office. She wanted
a change in her life, and was very happy to move to the coast. She
gained valuable experience working in two attorneys´s offices that
focused on real estate before moving into real estate directly in 2008.
In her spare time, Mari enjoys going to the beach, doing Pilates, and
traveling to new places.
