Commercial rentals in Liberia, Costa Rica offer strategic access to coastal towns with heavy tourism, the Panamerican Highway, the border crossing at Penas Blancas into Nicaragua and Daniel Oduber International Airport.
Not surprisingly, there are many rental options in Liberia that range from a traditional mall, to many strip malls, free standing structures, and a mega project with warehouses for logistics and a section with new urbanism.
Liberia is within an hour of Playas del Coco, Peninsula Papagayo, Tamarindo, Flamingo, Reserva Conchal and Hacienda Pinilla. Many large hardware stores can be found as well as hotel supply stores and more traditional options such as appliance stores, clothing and office supplies.
Across from the Liberia airport sits the Solarium project. There are warehouses for rent as well as smaller spaces for offices and retail. Liberia commercial rentals in the city limits serve the population of Liberia as well. The town is one of Costa Rica’s largest outside of the Central Valley.
Exposure to either of the two highways that intersect in Liberia is desirable. Either towards the beaches such as Tamarindo or towards San Jose are far more trafficked directions. Going north towards Peñas Blancas is a far less traveled direction.
Additionally, being within the easily walkable section of Liberia between the church and the highway is good for pedestrian traffic.
